new beginnings

i deleted all of my old posts. they were depressing, written at a time when i was depressed. but i am no longer, and so they are no longer.

i live in kansas city with brendan and chad and malacoda. i study how to play the piano better. i consume copious amounts of coffee. i attend recitals. i frequent bars. i live like a king.

this pretty much sums up my experience thus far: "but he was in love; students need to be."

and also: "that last movement is a bitch."
